Therapeutic Massage - 60 Minutes

Whether you're coming in just to relax or to address specific pain conditions, each massage session will be customized just for you!

During your consultation with your therapist, we will determine what combination of techniques including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, sports massage and Swedish massage will be used to meet your specific needs.

According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet. Table Stretch

During this session both active and passive stretch techniques will be used to increase flexibility and range of motion.  

(Must wear comfortable clothing)
